Schedule:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may start your service on time. A late arrival may result in a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Since we are reserving this time especially for you, we ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or last minute rescheduling with a major credit card. We do our best to fill these openings and will not charge your card if able to do so. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a service, or 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule three or more services per person. 72 hours is required for groups of three or more. A fee of 50% of the service price will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling without notice and 100% of the service will be charged for “No-shows.”

Cellphones:

Please turn off cell phone as you enter the spa. We have a relaxation lounge for those coming here to relax and enjoy a tranquil and stress-reducing environment.

Children/Minors:

Minors are welcome for spa services with a prior signed waiver by a parent/legal guardian. Parent/Legal Guardian must be present in treatment room for minors under the age of 16. For the safety and the relaxation of our spa guests, we respectfully ask that children not receiving services not be brought into the spa.

 

Tips for a Pleasant Visit

What to bring? What to wear?

Wear whatever you like. Come straight from work or come in your comfies, it’s up to you. We will provide a robe, slippers and a locker for your belongings if having more than one service.

Getting a manicure?

When booking your nail care appointment, please let the Spa Coordinator know if you have gel on your nails, so that we are able to book ample time for removal, and new gel polish added.

Getting a pedicure?

Bring a pair of sandals. Toes take longer to dry than fingers.

Jewelry

We like to gently remind our clients to please leave your jewelry and valuables at home. Should you have such items, please be mindful of not leaving them behind in treatment rooms or in a robe pocket. Pure Harmony Day Spa is not reponsible for lost or stolen items.

Gratuity

Gratuities are left to your discretion and may be added to your credit card or cash payment. An 18% gratuity will be automatically added to parties of five or more and to all groups.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
