Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Aesthetic or Cosmetologist license for the state of Missouri
• Special skills: Acne therapy, anti-aging, specialty makeup, tinting and lash perming and nutrition education a plus
• Retail sales and customer service experience necessary
• Proficient in basic computer applications

The Guest Relations Representative communication and work activity within the spa, and is a primary agent of customer satisfaction and quality management.

Job Activities and Responsibilities:

• Accurately schedule, confirms and guarantees reservations for clients
• Optimizes the clients’ experience with personalized recommendations
• Maximize the spa’s sales performance by ensuring that guests are aware of the optimum way to use the spa
• Provides outstanding telephone service to clients
• Coordinates and supervises refreshment services and ensure stock of needed supplies
• Greets and checks clients in and out
• Assists in stocking and maintenance of inventory and displays
• Displays masterful knowledge of the spa’s services
• Accurately enters Point of Sale data quickly and efficiently while checking clients out
• Conducts walk-in retail sales
• Sells gift certificates/cards, advises on gift selection, maintains accurate gift sales data
• Provides gracious spa tours to visitors
• Maintains a beautiful physical environment in all public areas of the spa; patrols the facility to ensure presentation is immaculate
• Facilitates effective workflow for technical staff

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in front-line customer service (hospitality and retail highly desired)
• High school diploma or equivalent, College degree a plus
